Q2:Can I have a sample order for your products?
Yes,we welcome sample order to test and check quality.Mixed samples are acceptable.

Secondly,if something goes wrong with the products.please send back photos or videos of defectives,our engineers will analyze which part has a products.
During the guarantee period,we will send replacements with new orders for small quantities.
For defective batch products,we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to the real situation.
If over the guarantee period,you can buy the replacements from us.
