What warranty do you offer?
Each product comes with the SRNE's warranty and can range from 1 year up to 10 years depending on the specific product you are interested in. For example, IP20 inverter has a 2-year warranty, IP65 battery has a 10-year warranty and accessories have 1-year warranty.
Can I return products?
If the product is faulty and is under warranty, we will replace spare parts or whole machine for you under SRNE terms and conditions. If you are adding to an existing system configuration, we need more information to ensure you are ordering the right parts.
IS IT OK TO PRINT MY LOGO ON THE PRODUCT?
Yes. we support adding your logo to the product—sticker logo MOQ 50 units.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
You will receive an order confirmation email from us as soon as you place an order. Once we receive your payment, we will send you an invoice via the email address you provided during registration.

WHEN do you ship goods and how long does it take to arrive?
Regular products are usually shipped within three working days. Customized product shipment time varies according to product model and requirements.
We offer shipping by sea, air, and courier services. Shipping times vary depending on the mode of transportation:
Sea freight: 20-30 days
Air freight: 7-10 days
Express: 7-10 days

How do you handle logistics and customs clearance?
We work with experienced logistics partners to ensure smooth deliveries. We can also assist you with customs clearance and tax payments in your country.
If you have a freight forwarder in China, we can also deliver the goods through your freight forwarder.

What are your payment terms?
Common payment methods are T/T (bank wire transfer), credit card, etc.
Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
