Warranty
General Rules
1. All Borick Solar products come from the SRNE manufacturer. After-sales service is the responsibility of both SRNE and Borick Solar. After-sales products: SRNE's microgrid energy storage inverter and control integrated machine and supporting products data collector, Bluetooth module, external display screen, cables, connectors and other accessories;
2. The after-sales service mainly includes:
①Product installation instructions (can be taken to arrange video instructions）
②Product debugging guidance (can be taken to arrange video instructions）
③Product repair and replacement（Spare machines can be taken）
④Customers in the use of the product related questions
⑤Technical training (video or remote training available)
3. Warranty certificate: The serial number (S/N) on the product is used as the warranty confirmation certificate. Customers must also keep the standard invoice issued by the State Taxation Bureau when purchasing the product or its copy. When repairing, they may be required to produce the above certificates as warranty basis.
Product warranty
1. SRNE series products and supporting products must be used under the conditions specified in the product user manual. SRNE provides product standard warranty period is:
Solar Charge Inverter: IP20 series with 2 years warranty, IP65 series with 5 years warranty
Solar Storage Systems: inverters with 3 years warranty, battery warranty is 3-10 years (based on actual model)
All accessory series: 12 months warranty;
The warranty period starts from the date of manufacture indicated by the machine SN code + 6 months (6 months includes transportation time, storage and installation time)
2. Products within the warranty period, SRNE confirmed by the existence of quality problems, will be based on the actual situation, free maintenance or replacement of defective products (machine or parts). We reserve the right to use the original or improved design when repairing or replacing defective products. The warranty period of the repaired or replaced product shall continue to be calculated based on the warranty period of the original product;
3. The warranty only covers the replacement and repair of defective products, not the installation and removal of products
4. The sole and exclusive warranties of this warranty are given by SRNE as permitted by law and are expressly expressed in lieu of all other express and implied representations, including, but not limited to, warranties of ownership, quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, infringement and the accuracy, completeness and suitability of the technical or other information provided in the user manual or other product documentation.
5. For secondary processing after purchasing SRNE products, this part of the product does not provide warranty. If there are special requirements to follow up the terms of the sales agreement.
Product repair and replacement
1. If the product is suspected to be defective, please contact the SRNE technician first, the technician will respond within 24 hours and conduct a remote assessment, and give a solution within 48 hours. During this period, the two sides maintain close and good communication, the customer should accurately feedback the relevant information required by the technical personnel, and cooperate with the technical personnel to carry out simple debugging operations when necessary. Without the permission and guidance of the technical personnel, the customer will bear the consequences caused by unauthorized treatment
2. During the warranty period, if there is a quality problem, the source/date will choose the following ways to solve the problem according to the actual situation
a, Remote online answers and instructions or software upgrades
b, Spare parts will be sent free of charge for repair on the next order
