What warranty do you offer?
Each product comes with the SRNE's warranty and can range from 1 year up to 10 years depending on the specific product you are interested in. For example, IP20 inverter has a 2-year warranty, IP65 battery has a 10-year warranty and accessories have 1-year warranty.
Can I return products?
If the product is faulty and is under warranty, we will replace spare parts or whole machine for you under SRNE terms and conditions. If you are adding to an existing system configuration, we need to know more information to ensure that you are ordering the right parts.
IS IT OK TO PRINT MY LOGO ON THE PRODUCT?
Yes. we support adding your logo to the product—sticker logo MOQ 50 units.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
You will receive an order confirmation email from us as soon as you place an order. Once we receive your payment, we will send you an invoice via the email address you provided during registration.
