A1: Our products are fully certified, with CE, RoHS, and other certifications.
Q2: Can I have a sample order for your products?
Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q3:What about the lead time?
Sample:1-2 working days
Order: within 7 working days depending on the order quantities
OEM order:15-20 working days after confirming the sample.

During the guarantee period, we will send replacements with new orders for small quantities.
For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to the real situation.
